Although my school is now in it's 5th week of striking, I am trying to keep myself busy. Work is always the same but with the economy in a recession, GM is not really stable right now. Everyone's job is sitting on eggshells. I just hope and pray the bailout will be given. So many families will suffer if the American & Canadian government doesn't given the big 3 American companies the required bailout. *Sigh.
So here's a little update of what I've been up to:
Weekends are pretty busy now, that's the only time to relax and let loose.
Last weekend, I finally sponsored a child from World Vision. I have had my mind set on this for a while but there's no time better than now right? His name is Wiwat and he's 10 and from Thailand. Every month World Vision withdrawls $35 dollars from my banking account and uses it to pay for his schooling and health fees etc. I realized that $35 is not alot, I just need to cut down on eating out and I should break even but the end of the month.
Oh, on Sunday Steve, Maina and I went to see Dirty Dancing. IT'S A MUST SEE! Such an amazing show!! Christmas is creeping up, this year instead of wanting...let's all give and make the world a better place!
