Wednesday, July 16, 2008 __ *Busy BumbleBee
The 2 weeks off was well worth it.
Road trips to the falls, cherry picking in the blazing sun, family time in Montreal & Quebec,
Water balloon fights on the beach, bbqs, family reunions, grandma's birthday, wonderland, weddings, the night market...It seems like an amazing summer already!

There's so much to update on but I am going to make it short...
It's been a great 2 weeks to appreciate my family, friends and especially Steve.

Thanks to my family for understanding my busy time schedule,
Thanks to new & old friends that make me smile and laugh,
Thanks to mr. Lim for making me laugh until I cry, for fighting for the better hotel room and having it upgraded, for picking all the good cherries for me, for driving endless amounts of kms with such high gas prices, for sleeping in a house filled with 11 people (i know my family is huge), for buying my grandmama bird's nest and her fav. wine and for being so protective of me =)

I am so blessed to have such amazing people in my life.

July 12th - Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Ho.. it was a lovely wedding and I am so happy to witness such an amazing union of two people that are SO meant to be for eachother!

Night Market - It was amazing to see my old waterloo-ers, thanks for sharing all the good and shity memories with me..even if it was for 30mins..I am soooo glad I bumped into you guys! It was an amazing night, filled with great food & great company! We have to get together more often and share more 1st year memories & secrets. Thanks esp. to Jenn & Ray for making me laugh soooo hard I nearly threw up.

I'm looking forward for more summer time fun.. ladies night this friday, road trip possibly soon, wasaga beach, tanning under the sun, fishing here & there & just lying beside him counting the stars =) Although we didn't end up going somewhere huge like last year when we went to disneyland...I think, it's all the small memories that count. Plus, Vietnam is JUST around the corner....=)

Words of Wisdom
"I walked a mile with Pleasure;
She chatted all the way;
But left me none the wiser
For all she had to say.

I walked a mile with Sorrow,
And ne’er a word said she;
But, oh! The things I learned from her,
When sorrow walked with me."
