It takes just one moment for her to doubt herself,
In his eyes, she's frozen solid,
A picture perfect disaster.
It just one moment for her to remember.
How promises mean nothing

She stands on the bridge, watching the water flowing around the grey rocks. She still remembers that summer day years ago, when she stood here with him. The sun rays shining through the leaves, the soft breeze brushing against her cheeks, his hand holding hers. It's been years since she felt the warm of his skin against hers. She doesn't even know why she was here today. A part of her wants stay and wait but another part is laughing at how foolish she was. He was her first and only heartbreak and she wasn't going to let him break her heart again, not this time.
A couple of days ago, she received a bouquet of sunflowers. A note was attached to it - please meet me at our place this Wednesday. Her heart jumped, it was his writing. The very person that made her believe in love. She was positive it was him.
